Design
Taylor Building Systems offers a wide range of building packages. These packages are designed with the individual customer in mind. Suggestions are: the Weld-up design, Post and Beam Truss design, and the Bolt-up design ( most commonly used for commercial buildings).
Quality
Taylor Building Systems will give you the best quality and strength in their framework design. The materials used in the framework fabrication are modified height tensil strength steel. This will give your building an advantage when it undergoes the test of wind and heavy loads, such as snow and rain. The investment in higher quality steel simply gives your more strength and durability that adds value to your building.

- All Buildings are custom designed for specific framework layout and specified framed openings.
- All doors and windows are positioned to the customers specifications.
- UL90 ratings are available when needed or requested.
- Erection drawings and plans are furnished with all engineered buildings. Drawings include: anchor bolt plan, framework drawings (mainframe and endwall), purlin and girt positioning, sheet positioning and trim plots.
- Mainframe columns and rafters are fabricated with a 50,000 yield high tensil strength steel. Purlins and girts are formed out of 57,000 psi red primered steel.
- All hardware products are supplied with the building. These parts include anchor bolts, framework bolts, purlin bolts, wind bracing cables, screws, butyl tape sealant, and foam
closures. - Roof and wall sheets are formed from 26 ga. 80,000 psi galvalume sheets. Panel selections include Galvalume Plus, 30 year warranty Siliconized Polyster Sheets, or 30 year warranty Kynar Painted Sheets.
- Trim sections are fabricated from 26 ga. sheet metal. There is a wide variety of colors in both sheeting and trim
(see color chart). Trim types include: Sculptured Rake, Eave, Corner, Base, Jamb and Head. Gutter and downspouts are also available.
